This Transformers story is just about toys, yes. However, I don’t think a deal like this gets made without at least the ASPIRATIONS of maybe taking it further. A comic series? No doubt. But what intrigues me is the chances of a movie franchise. Yes, Transformers are struggling right now, and they already have a crossover with GI Joe in the works. But could you imagine Metroplex vs Godzilla? Yeah… give me that. Even if it’s just some YouTube short.
